As of 2026, we limit our practice to the following areas so we can best serve our clients: Estate Planning and Employment Matters (Non-Litigation). For Estate Planning, we set up trusts, draft wills, health care proxies and durable powers of attorney. We also work with financial planners, wealth managers, and CPAs to help the client achieve his or her goals. For Employment Matters (Non-Litigation), we prepare and review legal documents such as contracts, severance/separation agreements, employment policies, and employee handbooks.
